A/YL-NSW/303 Section 16 Application Update

The 726th Rural and New Town Planning Committee Meeting was held on 11th of September 2023, in which the section 16 application for the Tung Shing Lei Residential Care Home project in Yuen Long was approved by the Town Planning Board for the development of residential care homes and senior hostel for the elderly. The application features a 17-story building with a basement carpark and will provide 83 RCHE units (127 beds) and 90 senior hostel units (100 beds).
